Szukam od rana, albo jestem ślepa, albo...

Śledzie Pani Bryllowej.
Wiem że były tam płatki migdałowe, koperek, chyba cebula, majonez, jogurt.

Datarłam w końcu do domu i zgodnie z obietnicą wkleję ten przepis na śledzie.
Jest to wierna kopia maila Pani Bryll do Pani Krystyny bo właśnie taką wersję
Pani Krystyna kiedyś umiesciła. Było to chyba jeszcze na poprzedniej wersji
strony internetowej Pani Krystyny, więc chyba teraz też mogę go udostępnić jako cytat.

Więc po śledziu piszę o śledziu w migdałach. Ale nie jest to przepis dla prawdziwych mistrzów kuchni tylko dla osób zabieganych, co lubią smacznie zjeść.
Paczka (duża) śledzi a la matias w oleju. Wszystkie lądują w garnku z zimną wodą i moczą się 1-2 dni, a ja tę wodę zmieniam a jak zmieniam to gmeram w tych śledziach, co mężczyźni nazywają śledzi masowaniem. To wszystko bardzo dokładnie trzeba wymieszać.
Teraz dwie-trzy średnie cebule siekam drobniutko i płaczę. Potem kroję śledzie w ukośne paski i zaczynam układać w słoju jak lazagne czyli warstwami, warstwa cebuli, warstwa śledzi, warstwa sosu i sypię płatki migdałowe i tak aż słój się wypełni. Zamykam, wcześniej sprawdzając czy te wszystkie śledzie mają dość sosu, bo powinny w tym sosie gęsto siedzieć a żaden kawałeczek nie powinien być go pozbawiony. Koniec filozofii. Do lodówki. Ale jeść najlepiej dopiero po dwóch dniach jak się smaki połączą. I oczywiście nie należy podawać ich prosto z lodówki a jak już będą na półmisku to podsypać koperkiem (może być tym razem suszony) i przykryć za ciasną kołderką migdałowych płatków.
Całe te ceregiele ze śledziami osoby zabiegane powinny traktować jak psychoterapię osobistą czyli wszystko robić powoli, kontemplować, odpływać myślami w tematy metafizyczne i nawet jeśli niezbyt przyjemne to zupełnie własne i wcale się nie spieszyć. W innym wypadku śledź się diabli i nie wychodzi.
